I think some of you might have been able to see the amazing Chad on facebook, but for those of you that are not my facebook friends, here I am in action.

OK, I sat down the other day, well maybe I figured this out standing up, but anyhow I realized that some of you that occasionally read my blog may have wondered if I was still around. I have to admit, with the ease of facebook, my blogging took a turn south! I'd say that I'd try harder, and to post more regularly, but I would just set myself up for abuse. So - you get what I post when I post it... so there. No really - I'm gonna try harder. Anyhow...... I spent most of today with appointments, Dr.'s office, Chiropractor, Massage, Starbucks, etc. Then late this afternoon I got out on the disc golf course with my good friend Michael. I topped off the evening with America's finest meal. Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries. Here are a couple photos from the day!
